Who let the Dogs out in Karachi??? June 20, 2006

Anywhere you go in the city, even if there are no people there, you will certainly find dogs :S..huh! what did you say ?…Yeah i said dogs. Normal Dogs, Abnormal dogs, German Sheperd, Bulldog e.t.c ..whatever type of dogs..but they are there to be seen. Found under the car, behind the tree, in the garden , outside the shop, crossing the road. Certainly they will make their presence felt by abruptly showing themselves or by barking suddenly.
When they bite someone , then obviously they are taken care of but still they have their freedom in the metropolitan city of Karachi. Even if humans dont , dogs do have.
I remember i was reading a newspaper after some sort of voilence which errupted in the city. I read a news in almost neglected column of Jang newspaper stating ” Dog Burned Alive by the angry protesters ” . After that i couldnt stop my laughter burst!
aaaaaah dogs! naaaaaaaahin…i hate them!
oh my- in england we love dogs (even if we are pk)…. i feel sad!!!

cellardoor: well i am talking about those dogs found on the streets and on the roads e.t.c where they shouldnt be. In Pakistan no agency gives a damn to it.
Having a pet as a dog is common in Pakistan too like England, i am not talking about that.
I am really scared of dogs,especially the ones tht roam around on roads in karachi and they look so abnormal.Feels like anytime they will attack u.
Oh yes! i’ve sseen many too! most that i’ve come across are not too mean, and usually run the other way if i shout at them…
but then.. i’ve never messed with a female dog when she has puppies! thats a sure fire way to end up with 14 injections! lol
